This Privacy Notice explains how Creative Expression Art Classes ("we", "us", "our") collects, uses, shares and protects your personal information when you visit our website, enquire about classes, or make a booking. Some of our service providers (such as Google) may store or process information on servers located outside South Africa. Where this happens, we take reasonable steps to ensure your information continues to be protected at a level comparable to POPIA, as permitted by section 72 of the Act.

We keep your booking and payment records for as long as needed to provide our services and to meet our legal, tax and accounting obligations, after which we securely delete or anonymise them. You may ask us to delete your information sooner where we are not legally required to keep it.

We use reputable, secured cloud services, encrypted connections (HTTPS), access controls and bot protection to keep your information safe. While no system is ever completely secure, we take reasonable and appropriate measures to guard against loss, unauthorised access and misuse.

Some of our classes are for children. Where a class is booked for a child, we expect the booking to be made by a parent or legal guardian who consents to us processing the necessary information to provide the class. If you believe we have collected a child's information without appropriate consent, please contact us and we will address it.

Our website uses a small amount of technology necessary for it to work and to keep it secure (including Google reCAPTCHA, which helps us tell real visitors from bots). We do not use advertising trackers.
